how cheaply our personal information are sold?

The following information has been received through e-mail from a 'Service Provider'.  It was shocking as to how they got so many information.  They are selling it dirt-cheap. All data from credit card holders to students is exposed to these data-thieves.

The chain of mis-using these information may be a larger racket.

This is being escalated to Government of India.  

If nothing is done by GOI, 'Public Interest Litigation' is the only way.
